The disadvantage of this method is that the tapes with sticking pests cannot be called aesthetic, therefore they require constant updating.
As an alternative to sticky tapes, honey is sometimes used. It is poured in a thin layer in flat pot, iron lids. Honey traps are placed near the habitats of fleas and periodically check them, remove adhered individuals.
