Mosquito repeller do it yourself
You can make an ultrasonic mosquito repeller with your own hands, guided by the scheme. Requires minimal knowledge of physics, a little time and effort.
Operating principle
Manufacturers ultrasonic repeller claim that the devices act on insects, thanks to special sound frequencies. The human ear does not catch them, but mosquitoes scare sounds.

A mosquito repellent device produces sound waves, like the vibrations of a dragonfly's flight,bat or repeats the sounds of a male mosquito. For humans, females are particularly dangerous. They feed on bloodto give birth to new offspring. After fertilization, females try to avoid meeting with males, therefore squeak of a mosquito scares them.
It is not easy to calculate which ultrasound will produce an improvised device, but, according to users, the ultrasonic mosquito repeller circuit is correct and effective.

Make a device that produces sound of a certain frequency under the power of physicists. But using their drawings, it will be possible to make an effective device within an hour.
The electronic circuits of the ultrasonic repeller show the chain along which the component devices are to be connected.
On the chip, the notation means the following:
- R1-R5 - DC resistors with a power of 0.25 W;
- VD1 - diode to protect the device against short circuit, improper connection;
- BQ1 - emitter that produces ultrafrequency sound;
- VT1-VT2 - bipolar transistors;
- R6 - variable resistor;
- C1-C2 - capacitors;
- S1 - toggle switch for on, off.
All components of the drawing are located on the printed circuit board, you will need batteries or batteries to use for the street. Power supply with voltage up to 12 V.
You can adjust the frequency of the sound using a variable resistor R6. Homemade repeller used indoors or outdoors.
You can use the K555LA3 chip with good frequency characteristics, low consumption of electrical energy. In the diagram there are only 4 details.
Designations are similar. Going on a breadboard. The signal produces a capacitor C1, if you want to change it, adjust using a variable resistor R6. Ultrasonic repeller is done in a few hours with minimal knowledge of physics.

The lack of self-made devices lies in the minimum range, a narrow range of generated frequencies.
If someone has an interest, it will work or not, you can spend several hours of your free time, make an ultrasonic repeller. But, it is much easier to buy a ready-made device at an affordable price with the same, or even better, action.
